We want to take care of what you built.

East Row Holdings is a family-owned acquisition company based in Newport, Kentucky.

We’re looking to acquire one great local business, ideally in the B2B services space, and operate it for the long term.

We’re not building a portfolio.

We’re not looking for a quick flip.

We’re looking for a business with good people, loyal customers, and a reputation worth preserving and protecting.

A Different Kind of Buyer

Selling a business you’ve spent decades building is personal.

Your employees may have been with you for years. Your customers know your name. Your reputation was built one job, one relationship, and one promise at a time.

We understand that handing the business over means trusting someone with more than a set of financial statements.

It means trusting them with your people.

We intend to earn that trust.

Your team knows the business better than we do. We will listen, learn, and understand what has made the company successful before deciding anything should change.

If something works, we have no interest in changing it.

East Row Holdings is run by Christopher and Brianna Palladino, a husband-and-wife team living in Newport, Kentucky.

We’re technologists by trade, but what draws us to small business has very little to do with technology.

We like businesses where people know each other.

Where customers call the same person they’ve called for ten years.

Where employees take pride in doing good work.

Where a company can become an important part of the community around it.

We live in Newport’s historic East Row neighborhood, surrounded by buildings and businesses that have lasted because generations of people chose to care for them.

That idea of stewardship is at the heart of what we want to build.

We want to spend our careers learning a business, working alongside good people, serving customers well, and breaking bread with the neighbors who call this place home.

Who we are

What we’re looking for

We’re primarily interested in established B2B service businesses in Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati.

The right business will likely have:

  • A strong local reputation

  • Long-standing customer relationships

  • A dependable team

  • Consistent, understandable operations

  • A history of profitability

  • An owner thinking about retirement or their next chapter

We are especially interested in businesses where the founder cares deeply about what happens after the sale.

Industry matters less to us than the quality of the business and the people behind it.

However, we cannot acquire businesses in the finance, accounting, business consulting, and healthcare software spaces.

What happens after the sale

For the right business, very little needs to change overnight.

We want employees to come to work and recognize the place.

We want customers to keep receiving the service they trust.

We want to understand why the business works before we start thinking about how it might grow.

Over time, our technology and operating backgrounds may help make some things easier—better systems, less administrative work, clearer information—but those tools should support the business, not redefine it.

The goal is simple:

Keep the good things good.

Thinking About Selling?

You don’t need to have a broker, a formal process, or even a firm decision to sell.

If you own a business in the Greater Cincinnati or Northern Kentucky area and are starting to think about what comes next, we’d be glad to have a conversation.

No pitch. No pressure.

Just coffee (on us) and a chance to get to know each other.
